Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

PCOS is the most common hormonal disorder in women of reproductive age, affecting around 10% of all women1. PCOS can cause period problems, trouble falling pregnant, and trouble losing weight; however many of the problems that PCOS causes can be managed with a healthy lifestyle – of which exercise is imperative… but not just any kind of exercise. For this session we have guest and PCOS expert Nardia Norman sharing her story of PCOS.
